Can I bring my kids?
Yes, children are welcome.
How much does it cost for my children?
Children under 12 years of age are free. All persons 12 and above are charged $127 each.
How many people are allowed on one tour experience?
We keep each time slot limited to 10 people so that everyone on the tour can have a great immersive experience.
Do you sell alcohol on site?
Yes, we have a full bar on site. Must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume.
Do you take photos during the tour?
Yes, if you wish, we have a professional photographer on site to provide amazing photos. The cost is separate and must be paid for on-site in USD. Once completed, the photos will be available to you on the same day of the experience.
What about transportation? Do you provide it in the cost of the tour?
No, we do not provide transportation at this time. However, Uber is wildly used in Puerto Plata. A ride for a family of 4 from anywhere in Puerto Plata City to our location should not be more than $6 USD or 325 pesos one way. If you use Uber.
What happens if we are late getting there?
We ask that all guests try to leave by coming to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. This way, everyone can enjoy the experience from beginning to end. Each experience will start at its scheduled time.
Will unlimited food and coffee be provided?
Yes, you will experience amazing Dominican food and coffee. Remember that all food and drinks must be consumed on site. Carry outs are not allowed.
What if we have to cancel. How are cancelations handled?
You may cancel prior to 24 hours before your experience begins. A full refund can be expected within 72 hours. Please note that all requests for cancelation that are inside of the 24-hour window will not be honored and therefore funds not being returned.
